The NRC interviews more than 50,000 active candidates monthly from nationally contracted job boards and our national database of 2.5 million. The NRC then packages and forwards qualified candidates to the local Kforce office for further selection.

The NRC is a proven delivery model that recently achieved the coveted ISO 9001:2000 certification, confirming the NRC has a quality management system dedicated to quality delivery and continuous improvement.  The NRC underwent an intense, comprehensive audit, performed by Perry Johnson Registrars, an ANAB accredited organization, which resulted in its certification in January 2007.  Kforce is surveyed annually to ensure compliance to our quality management system and the requirements to retain the ISO 9001:2000 certification.
