Kforce’s National Recruiting Center (NRC) is not just an asset to our clients. It is a quality-certified delivery engine offering assistance to our own local Recruiters and Account Managers.

The NRC identifies and interviews more than 50,000 active candidates monthly from nationally contracted job boards.  Alongside monitoring the job boards, the NRC mines Kforce’s national database, containing over 2.5 million potential candidates. The NRC then forwards qualified candidates to local Kforce offices to be matched to available positions.

In short, as a Kforce Recruiter or Account Manager, you have the power of more than 50 nationwide Recruiters working for you.

The NRC focuses on speed, consistency, and quality to quickly identify and package candidates for all local Kforce offices. The benefit is a constant pipeline of qualified candidates and direct coverage for both unique and volume client requirements.
