Participants of the two-day course ranged professionally from UX Designers to Financial Strategists. Kforce’s Advanced Services Practice Director, Kunal Suri, SPC 4.0, led attendees through rigorous training seminars and group collaboration activities to provide an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and its effectiveness in the current adapt-or-die environment.
Consultants gained the knowledge necessary to lead Lean-Agile transformations by leveraging SAFe and its underlying principles (lean, systems thinking, agile development, etc.) They also learned how to support Agile teams/programs, empower a Lean portfolio, build a continuous delivery pipeline and coordinate large solutions.

As a strategic partner, Kforce decided to be proactive and invest in our existing team of scrum consultants to ensure they were ready to lead Agile initiatives before the SAFe program kicked off. Kforce began by conducting an initial skills assessment to identify which trainings team members needed. Kforce then created a strategic training and certification roadmap for existing scrum consultants.
Kforce’s proactive investment to support our client’s future adoption plans resulted in 36 team members gaining the knowledge necessary to obtain SAFe Agilist certification. As a result, when the client was ready to begin their SAFe transformation, Kforce had a team of consultants across various professional areas ready to lead an Agile Release Train.
All Kforce team members played a critical role in the client’s successful adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework and promoted a wave of innovation and collaboration in areas well beyond the course content itself.
