Facing an increasing complexity of the products being delivered and an ability to maintain or improve service levels, a multinational telecommunications company and Kforce partner was preparing for an upcoming SAFe transformation and Agile scaling initiative.

Proactive Investment in Skillsets of Existing Scrum Team Members
As a strategic partner, Kforce proactively created a training and certification roadmap to ensure existing Scrum consultants were ready to lead Agile projects before our client kicked off their SAFe transformation and Agile Scaling initiative. Participants of the two-day Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) SA4 Agilist course ranged professionally from ux designers to financial strategists.
Kforce’s Advanced Services Practice Leader, Kunal Suri, SPC 4.0, led attendees through rigorous training seminars and group collaboration activities to provide an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and its effectiveness in the current adapt-or-die environment.
Consultants gained the knowledge necessary to lead Lean-Agile transformations by leveraging SAFe and its underlying principles (lean, systems thinking, agile development, etc.) They also learned how to support Agile teams/programs, empower a Lean portfolio, build a continuous delivery pipeline and coordinate large solutions.
Promoting a Wave of Innovation and Collaboration
Kforce’s proactive investment to support our client’s future adoption plans resulted in 36 existing Scrum consultant team members gaining the knowledge necessary to obtain SAFe Agilist certification.
As a result, when the client was ready to begin their SAFe transformation and Agile scaling initiative, Kforce had a team of consultants across various professional areas ready to lead an Agile Release Train. All Kforce team members played a critical role in the client’s successful adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework and promoted a wave of innovation and collaboration in areas well beyond the course content itself.
