Sales Associate:
Our sales associates play a critical role in fueling Kforce’s growth. As a sales associate, you will identify and engage current and prospective clients to inspire them to select Kforce as their staffing & solutions vendor of choice. Daily responsibilities include:
- Generate sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, internet research and direct contact.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Negotiate with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
- Maintain client relationships throughout the assignment to expand Kforce’s opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate the placement process, which may include presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, client preparation and debrief and salary negotiation.
Recruiting Associate:
Our recruiters are the driving force behind our firm’s success. As a recruiting associate, you will search for, identify and engage qualified candidates who meet our clients’ requirements and help place them in their new role. Daily responsibilities include:
- Prospect new candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence, ad searches, virtual career fairs and internet research.
- Collaborate with sales team to fully understand the client’s hiring objectives and requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions.
- Guide candidates thorough the recruiting process, coordinating interview and follow up activities.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, and other terms of employment.
- Support consultants while on assignment; facilitate redeployment of consultants as assignments approach completion.
Sales & Recruiting Associate Requirements:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a staffing, corporate, recruiting or professional sales environment.
- Driven to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Enjoys working with and being part of a dynamic team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
