Scrum Masters Wanted!

Kforce is partnering with a Fortune 50 leader in the Financial Services industry, seeking talented Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in Dallas and Chicago. This company has been named one of the "Top 50 Most Innovative Companies" by Fortune Magazine.

You will lead a Scrum team as they work on a large-scale business modernization initiative to improve an internal payment processing platform. In this role, you will manage multiple scrum teams concurrently, mentor colleagues about the agile methodology and develop an implementation strategy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, including project management skills and work history in Agile environments. Required skills include experience in Safe and LeSS framework. Proficiency in relevant programming languages preferred, but not required. Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
