Both Kforce COO and Global Talent Solutions Officer named on SIA’s Staffing 100
February 19, 2020- Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) chose two of Kforce’s Chief Executives, Global Talent Solutions Officer Manish Mohan and Chief Operations Officer Kye Mitchell, for their 2020 Staffing 100 list in North America. This is Mitchell’s second consecutive year being named and Mohan’s first time on the list.
Mohan leads Kforce’s International Talent Solutions (ITS) team, which brings unique solutions to the firm’s client partnerships. ITS provides education on immigration trends, strategies on hiring foreign workers and supports the firm’s clients that see candidates with visa issues, to client employees that are on the verge of losing jobs. Since the inception of the ITS team some ten years ago, Kforce has built an impressive visa approval rating at 97% in an industry where 30%-40% of visas are denied.
