Kforce COO and Chief Global Talent Officer Recognized as Industry Leaders
February 19, 2021- Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has published its tenth annual list of 100 staffing leaders in North America who are advancing workforce solutions. Two of Kforce’s chief executives, Global Talent Officer Manish Mohan and Chief Operations Officer Kye Mitchell, have been chosen due to the accomplishments they’ve made in the industry. This is Mitchell’s third consecutive year being named and Mohan’s second time on the list. This year, the list is sponsored by Indeed.

She will be joined by leading CEOs, senior executives and thought leaders that will exchange strategies, insights and conversations to stay resilient and informed within the evolving staffing landscape.
Meet Kye Mitchell
Kye Mitchell serves as Kforce's Chief Operations Officer. Ms. Mitchell is responsible for establishing and executing Kforce’s overall strategy to deliver exceptional Technology and Finance & Accounting resources for clients. She leads all sales and delivery teams to provide value-added solutions that ensure successful partnerships. Mitchell has been in the industry since 1991 and is a graduate of Penn State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was named to SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list and joined Kforce CEO, Dave Dunkel in the Staffing Hall of Fame.
Meet Manish Mohan
Manish Mohan serves as Kforce's Chief Global Talent Officer and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Mohan has over 25 years of experience in strategy, sales and operations and since joining Kforce in 2000, has led many initiatives including the inception of the International Talent Solutions team in 2008. An engineering graduate of BITS Pilani, Mohan received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His article, An Open Approach, was featured in SIA’s Staffing Industry Review Magazine.
