Allegis Global Solutions Honors Kforce as a Strategic Partner for the Eighth Consecutive Year
Kforce has been recognized as a 2021 Strategic Partner by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for demonstrating excellent levels of program delivery and partnership to both AGS and its clients. This is Kforce’s eighth straight appearance on the annual list since 2014. The suppliers in the 2021 Strategic Partner Program represent more than $2 billion of spend under management and 33,000 average active assignments.

To determine a Strategic Partner, AGS analyzed crucial data points across supplier performance metrics and collected qualitative feedback from AGS stakeholders who interact with suppliers across the globe. Ultimately, partners in the program are rated on three key criteria:
- Impact: Measured by a supplier’s response rate to distributed requisitions, starts and total assignments.
- Performance: Measured by successful placements (quality of hire) and bill rate management compliance.
- Partnership: Measured by supplier ratings provided by internal AGS teams, specifically focused on the ease of doing business with suppliers and their overall partnership to AGS.
