Changing Your Password

Use the My Profile page to update your KPAY system password and user name.

 Never share your user name or password with anyone.

To change your password:

1)      From any page of the system, click the MY PROFILE link.

2)      From the My Profile page, click the Change Password link.

3)      In the Enter Current Password field, type your current password.

4)      In the Enter New Password field, type your new password.

A strong, secure password must contain 6 characters which should include lower case and capital letters, numbers and special characters like the @ symbol or an exclamation point (!).

5)      In the Confirm New Password field, re-type the new password.

6)      Click the Submit Changes button,
